Gives invocation at the beginning of each regular monthly meeting.

Harold Kristof, Hospitality

Plans and provides refreshments for each regular monthly meeting and special events.

Misti Dillon, Youth Program

Plans and provides direction for Youth Program activities.

Collects dues, pays bills for organization, and maintains records of all financial transactions. Maintains membership list for association.

Chris Baca, Treasurer

2008 HCBA Officers

Don Angle, President

Presides over all meetings of the organization, the Executive Committee, and the Board of Directors. Appoints standing committee chairs. Ex-officio member of all committees except the Nominating Committee.

Kara Buster, 1st Vice President

Performs duties of the President in his/her absence. Organization Program Director.

Jeffery Ballard, Second Vice President

Performs duties of the President and First Vice President in their absence. Membership Chairman.

Pauline Perkins, Recording Secretary

Records and distributes the minutes of all meetings.

Deborah Rankin, Corresponding Secretary

Conducts all correspondence of the organization. Performs duties of Recording Secretary as needed.
